Alone (2020) English Movie Review :- So many times I wanted to see this one, but I kept pushing it to another day. Finally, I watched it and ended up liking this one. It is well made thriller with just a handful of characters on screen. Well, few of them you only hear their voice. Like the mother of the lead actress in the beginning or the wife of the serial killer towards the end. Yes, the leading lady does make some stupid moves at the start of the movie, but it is okay. This one is well made taut suspense thriller that kept me edge of the seat most of the time. Something told me that this women isn’t going to give up easily. The movie becomes gritty when she decides to face the serial killer for one last time, even if it would be her last fight for her survival. It was so well made that I had to rewind and watch it again. The best thing about the movie is that there is no flashback for the serial killer nor do we get to see his previous victims. The best thing is wonderful performances by both Jules Willcox and Marc Menchaca. The other best thing is the amazing cinematography that takes the story forward quite well. Also the place where this movie is shot is amazing. All in all, a wonderful thriller not to be missed, if you haven’t seen it yet. My rating is 8.5 /10. Highly recommended.
