The Place Beyond The Pines was an amazing movie from the director Derek Cianfrance. It has outstanding performances and a great story.

Ryan Gosling plays a motor bike stunt guy who goes on robbing banks to provide for his lover and his kid. While Bradley Cooper plays the cop who is after him.The best thing is that the story doesn’t just end with these three characters, but goes further some seventeen years when their sons grow up and face each other.

The Place Beyond The Pines tells a unique, compelling story in a way that I have seen only in Bollywood or Indian movies. This is seldom seen in Hollywood movies. This movie kept me engaged and glued to my seat from start to finish. The story is split into three sections all very different from each other. I enjoyed each section of the movie. The first hour of the movie is definitely the strongest.
